Just got back from Anfield to find Jagielka's still got Torres in his pocket. I'll return him tomorrow.

Are transfer bids always crap in this?  I have a player on the market for £3.something, SM values him at £3m, but the only bids I get (usually get one a day) are for £2m.

this

chairman valuation is the important one. it reflects whether the player has been getting games and is an important member of the team. if he is then his valuation will be way above the sm value whereas if you've left him rotting at the training ground he'll be worth less. like real life

doh!  He's been rotting away. Chairman values him at 1.7m.  Guess £2m is ok then.  Rather annoying as I paid £2m for him a couple of seasons ago.

You might get a better deal if you use him in a part exchange deal for another player.

lol not with some of mine Cheesy  Will look though ta, just having a mass clear out at the moment so hopefully the higher value players that I'm getting rid of will attract a better price when I'm signing new ones.
