Seems like months since I posted on here. (probably has been).

but no, I havent been in the nick.

Anyway, just wanted to say a thanks to everyone for their best wishes , all of which Im sure have contributed to me making what the docs say is a full recovery. My heart is now ticking along quite nicely, and its amazing how different I feel. I am surprised how I got thru the last year having so little energy and "get up an go".

So my plan is to get out and about at blonde and apat events. so I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Great news mate, you can probably get a seat in dublin next weekend if you fancy it. I'm certain there will be a load of people there very happy to see you.
