Wasn't sure where best to post this so lounge will do
I was playing in a pub poker game last night (obv total donk fest but just bit of fun) playing £5 game went out 1st game quit quick to a 3 outer.Anyway im rambling, to get to my point in one hand i played blinds where 2/4 few callers inc me flop comes down and i have top pair so betout 15 gets round to this lad who i no from the pub and he trys to raise it 4 more to which i say u cant do this m8 and he goes course i can i can raise it by whatever the blind is hmm no u cant ur min raise is what my bet is so arguements start and out 8 of us playing 2 ppl keep quite but they other 5 all agree with what he's saying WTF lol he begrugingly puts the correct raise in i put him out and after the hand every1s saying am talking bollocks so i started to get a bit annoyed at whats going on so say ill bet any amount of money im right so i bet him £10 he's wrong then the barmaid comes round and gets involved the lad says "she's an excellent player she came 8/500 in a play money tourney they other day" to which i nearly pissed myself laughing lol she says im also talking bollocks so she bets me a tenner as well then i tell the lad make it £20 if your that sure which he does lol.I was actually thinkin have i somehow got it wrong (id had quite a bit to drnk and every1 disagreeing with me was confuising me and as uve seen a few times on here i am a bit thick lol) so ring my cousin who plays and tells me obvoiusly you are right u mug lol.
So basically easiest £30 i'll ever make in my life gotta love these donks in pub games who think that pokers total luck(it actually is in these pub games lol) and if they win then they must be the best player

LOLOL A nearly fell of me seat when he said it the lad who was invloved said he played everyday as well and so did his sister who was there and disagreed with me fuk no's where they play PS a told them to get in touch kev lol |

We play proper rules though. He thinks what he wanted to do is proper rules he plays on pkr never played there but would think they also play the correct rules. |

Thats what i was thinking they're certainly newbies but still if they seriously play everyday(whether play money or real) and yet haven't realised this then clearly not paying much attention. |
