i've only been the once (seriously) cos its not a place i'd actually want to go to on a regular basis. it was a stag party (not mine) and the stag was a bloke from work who was way too drunk to remember anything anyway

Whether you mention it depends on your agenda. If you're trying to get in her pants then don't because strippers generally don't like strip club customers FACT!!
If you think she's nice and would like to get to know her a bit better then don't because of the reason stated above.
If you're not interested in her in any way other than being a friendly colleague then don't because of reason stated above.
Generally speaking strippers don't like customers. If you want any kind of respect from this girl don't let her know you once were one.
