It certainly was considered - a bad idea
Never give up though. We won't.
We have decided, however, that we COULD - indeed WOULD - give you a free T-Shirt. In certain circumstances. Will you be at bB7?

Bankroll %'s
Get there 10%
Cash games 60% -- possibility of a return on the investment
Leisure Ladies 25% -- NO possibility of any sort of ROI
Drink - 5% -- sensible use of orbit odds per drink
Insurance 0% --
Don't worry if anything happens you I will raise a glass or two in your honour
The late great George Best once said that he spent over half of his life's earnings on drinking, gambling and hookers........
The rest of it he just wasted
Don't waste your money like George did, it didn't get him anywhere.

Taxi picks me up at 3:30am for 6am take off at Manchester airport. Change at Amsterdam, change at somewhere else in the USA, then vegas approx 6pm (yeah right - 2 connections to go wrong).
I am testing my new laptop, ordered it yesterday 6pm, it arrived 8:30am today. Bought specially for the trip and this diary, as I was talked into keeping you lot updated by the chezger crew. I bought a mouse too, best mouse ever. The mouse was £80, the laptop was £270, soon mice will cost more than laptops. It has a gyroscope and motion sensor so you can use it in the air and point at the screen. It has a sensor 'bar' as the scroll wheel that you slide you finger across. I plan on playing poker in bed etc and using the mouse remote style. Here it is looking all shinny and giving my other mouse a complex.
If you aren't into mice, well, I don't blame you. But I hit vegas tomorrow and maybe I will have something better. If you are into mice, then I have a little more:
Quote
Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Unit). Therefore, if a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need a ball replacement. Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, replacement of mouse balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel.
Before proceeding, determine the type of mouse balls by examining the underside of the mouse. Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls. Ball removal procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse. Foreign balls can be replaced using the pop-off method. Domestic balls are replaced by using the twist-off method. Mouse balls are not usually static-sensitive. However, excessive handling can result in sudden discharge.
Upon completion of ball replacement, the mouse may be used immediately. It is recommended that each replacer have a pair of spare balls for maintaining optimum customer satisfaction. Any customer missing his balls should suspect local personnel of removing these necessary items.
Time to pack...

I think you'll find that it was the still living Alex Higgins who said that, but one can only applaud the sentiment..

It was George Best, not Alex Higgins 100%.
Bestie said he spent it on "birds, booze, and fast cars and squandered the rest" and was not really a gambler afaik.
Higgins said that he "spent some on drugs, some on horses, some on women and just wasted the rest" and deffo was and still is a gambler.

As Adam said, forgot lappy power supply. There is also no wireless in the room in the tropicanana. So I'm using that as an excuse rather than being playing, sleeping, eating, drinking 24/7.
