They do.
Grosvenor and Blue Square are the same company, as are Gala and Coral. Ladbrokes have a casino in Paddington.

There must be a reason, because it makes perfect sense. They have sport on all the time in casinos

Maybe you can't have a bookmaking licence and a casino licence for the same premises - hard and soft gambling kept apart.

but you can have roulette in a bookies

not allowed at the moment, but there are plans in the new regional casino's and the super casino ( if ever built) but grosvenor has a blue square bookie next to the vic
