Yesterday I took part in and completed the "Itex Walk" a sponsored event to raise money for local charities. It is a walk round the island of Jersey.
It may be a small island but that is a 48.1 mile walk, up and down cliff paths, into all the bays etc. 1000 people set off at 3am yesterday morning and I completed the course at 4.30pm. I am well chuffed with that time, I was aiming for 15 hours.

Up to 30 miles was fine, but the last 15 or so was a real mental challenge.

I am a physical wreck today, literrally cannot move  !!!!!!!!
