there's not many managed teams that a 90+ rated player will sign for though

Following on from David James refusing to join the mighty Brentford, Pavel Nedved now decides he's too good for the club, but we did get a bit of a coup,
Serhiy REBROV has completed his move to Brentford from Rubin Kazan for £2,150,000
Perhaps if Pavel knew Serhiy was coming he'd have seen things different

reckon you've had a lucky escape with nedved mate, £2.1m, wages are sky high, rating likely to go down and he's probs retiring this year. would've been a very expensive 1 season player
much better off with rebrov, looks like a great signing at this level

Yeah was just looking at ratings, between Rebrov, Solano and some other dude I've signed, I think I may bankrupt the club!
It's fair to say that I forgot about the wage bill

At the tail end of last season I was losing c.£200k a week which wasn't nice - hopefully turn that round this season. Will be shipping out a few players for massive profit when their transfer ban expires and then hopefully rinse repeat.

Rochdale's team looks like a 1998 World Cup finals XI!
Oh and my Chesterfield team, sensitively and intelligently strengthened in the close season i feel, beat them 3-1 away to start the new season
and Leicester are in Division 3!

I noticed that and thought it was odd. I'm about 90% sure they were challenging for promotion to division one with less than 10 games to go last season. Is there any way to check where teams finished last season?
