3 handed or 4? How many are deep? You are UTG or someone else? Raised pre?
I make it 14 scare cards and 29 blanks. If it's £45 to call into a £90 pot with two still to act, I call and see what comes.

What was the action preflop? No fold here, maybe if it was high only. I flat call the raise hoping to keep it 3 way, then jam on the on the turn. Also slightly player dependant.

never a fold...you might be splitting the low (likely against one of them) but will be ahead enough times for the high. I might repop here or flat call to see what the turn brings but never fold (and I probably repop as it might get some others with a nut one ender out of the pot as they'll think they'll get quartered and that gives me a greater chance of scooping.)

How do you rate your opponents? Stating the obvious.. but if you think they will give you action from high draws only then get it in. If you think they are swinging both ways then you have issues.
89T are hands that good opponents shouldn't really be playing in hi/lo. Was it raised pre? They are likely to get rid of this sort of hand. Although anything is possible in 6 card.
In my usual game I'm playing this slow and seeing what comes on the turn - check calling. If there is a fish in the pot I try and isolate if the turn is a blank. If the turn is a blank then you can't be counterfeit both ways. On the flop though, you could end up getting it all-in and have nothing on the river.
