Last time I looked, there were about 11 players left in the Caesars Biggie, the Final of which is today.

Kevin O'Leary had massive chips at the 20 player stage - more than the Final-Table Average, I think. He had 3,500,000 before the penultimate level.

1,162 runners, at $1,000 a head, with a 25k starting stack.

The First Prize is, I think, $272,000.

Bruce Atkinson might still be in - he was certainly in the last two Tables. Bo Schledst (sp) busted 13th.

Go Kev!

That's nothing, I ploughed through 150-odd runners to finish second in the Velocity last night. I plan to reinvest my profits in tonight's Five-O.

Wish Lovejoy good luck from me please

Class player, has been so for years.

Barnet slightly less dodgy these days too, if the evidence of tikay's diary is anything to go by

Yup, one will be consuming one's packed lunch.

Seriously, the plan/idea - not sure if I can pull it off - is to get a "Big-Name" at the table - maybe Pete Costa if the circumstances permit.

this was how the barnet used to look back when I knew him in a previous life - I doubt it's ever been quite that dodgy since Smiley

Rofl, you think I'm worried about Peter Costa having last night seen off the likes of Nevster, MikeOxard and Bull-Dozer? Bring him on I say.
Me too, good luck to Kevin O'Leary.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
