Well am quite happy with how I played the tourney and it wasn’t a bad result. However one hand I played and am still really annoyed with myself with was as follows, All fold to the button I’m on BB and he has raised quite a few times with marginal hands again he raise 3x bb (1,2000) I have A8 and decide to flat it, I’m happy with this play to see what comes on flop. I bet 7,000 he raises 14,000 more I spend a bit of time working it out I don’t think he has the q or the 10 due to the 2hearts on board and I know if I go over the top it would’ve been about 50k he had 60 behind so he isn’t calling if he’s flushing. I came so close to shoving them in coz a knew exactly where I was but then just as I went for my chips I folded and lost 20k chips. He showed K7 and I spent the next 10 minutes completely pissed off with myself for not making the move that I knew was right.
Oh well still a decent result, mosk and cdw I’ll sort the 10%s (I got £424) out in a couple days when I get a chance if that’s ok and feedthegoat is probably very relieved I did busto when he let me buy the 10% back for £20, good man and thanks for that although I was fine either way.
Again thanks for the support guys/gals much appreciated I missed my train (I wouldn’t have got on it anyway would’ve had to get bus to Peterborough due to works on the line, no chance) but have getting on the 6.20 so am on my way home now am too tired to play the 60+30 again tonight although was tempted so will hopefully be at me dads by half 10 ish all going well.
