Im gonna lobby a few bookies to run in-play betting on the ME next year, the amount of big names in the field this year has proven what an active market this could be. Betfair could have put one up without any hassle methinks.

I actually think Brandon Cantu is the dark horse to win this one now.

The final table betting is going to be huge methinks.

Certainly a possibility, I think we are going to see some sort of scandal as a result of the final table delay, whether its someone going crazy with the pressure, rigged betting, not getting a visa to return to the states, a kidnapping or whatever.

yeah once the ME started all betting susspended everywhere,like to see a few last longer markets in running , i had a few bets on players to reach final table,Cunningham was my last chance, but can never really fancy these sorts of bets,just a bit of interest.
i will be surprised if there isn't some sort of scare or scandal in the few months leading up to the wsop final table, the press will be  waiting for anything so i imagine most will be false alarms,

Think you'll do well to get anyone to price up the ME beforehand, especially as 'any other' would be about fours on imo.
Betfair are almost certain to price up the final table within the next week or so I'd have thought but don't think the liquidity will be great myself.
Can't see the fixed odds boys ever coming in until poker gets covered in the Racing Post, something I'm chipping away at at the moment but not getting far with in truth.
Blue Square price up the GUKPTs but haven't seen anything on the Vegas stuff. Just as well, as I'd have done my money on Mark Vos.

Cantu got sick lucky for almost his whole stack early on yesterday against Benefield even though pokernews listed the hand completely wrong.

If he keeps being that lucky no reason why he cant win.
