Depends which you think is more of a problem - lung cancer or heart disease.

Ok then, fair enough... So doing what I am doing at the moment isn't good.

We've established that in the first few replies...

So, I ask, is there a healthy diet without eating healthy stuff!! I know what I eat now is wrong, but I don't do veg, fruit I only like a banana every now and again...

Help.

Depends.

For me, it would be suicidal for me to eat that diet as there's a history of heart disease in my family and my Dad had a heart-attack at 40 and then a bypass at 60.  Not sure smoking wouldn't do me as much damage, but it seems that some people can get away with a poor diet or smoking 20+ a day without shortening their life-span.

If you want to run that half-marathon in October, I'd suggest both are pretty bad.

I was the same at university - ate something and chips every night, washed down with pints of beer, did no exercise and had a 29 inch waist.

Then I hit 25/26 and it all changed.
