do you like smoothies rookie? I'm not a great fruit eater either, but I try to have a glass or two of smoothie a day to get some in me. Soup's good as well if you don't like veg too much as it's easy to disguise it

Good advice.
I hate fruit but love the innocent smoothies and have at least one a day.
Never been a breakfast eater until recently but now i have toast and orange juice ( with bits! ) every morning and its surprising how a liitle change makes you feel better.

I've been trying to eat a lot healthier recently but my body just doesn't cope with fruit, tried rasberries, strawberries, cherries, grapes etc but I get really bad stomach ache after eating them.
Wonder if my body will ever get used to fruit, or has my years of abuse ruined my gut.
You will need to take time to adjust your digestive system - start slowly.
One thing that has struck me at blonde bashes is just how very fat the forum is - far fatter than the general population.
Is that poker players in general, or just blondes though?

Have you tried eliminating dairy from your diet? That can often be a trigger for IBS.

I find the same..If I eat "normal" white bread like Kingsmill or shitty breakfast rolls I die a slow painful death unless I take Rennies..if I eat fresh white bread I am fine though...though, to go with my healthy eating thing, I now eat the break with loads of seeds and grains in it...not even too bad, I have to say.

That's very true. I can no longer eat lactose as it was causing me no end of stomach problems including IBS. Unless I eat dairy by mistake now, I never suffer from it. Doesn't shift the irritable Boldie syndrome though - but I enjoy that in a strange masochistic way....

I haven't as yet no.
Tbh i don't know an awful lot about it yet as its only been a few weeks all the doctor says was stop smoking which i'm trying to do although that would be my doctors advice for a broken leg and to incorporate more fibre into the diet which i'm trying to do slowly.
Need to find a way of making a salad interesting!.

At APAT weekends I think the Blondes are generally fatter than average. The only other real live poker I play is mostly against young Chinese guys, who are rake thin.

Just been shopping.
Not gone too healthy - just got me some lunch stuff so i dont have to eat this shit every day. Not only are bacon and egg rolls bad with mcd's etc but its also pretty expensive in the long run.
Bought some chicken breast and rolls and bread, so sandwiches are good. Got some banana's! And have some cupasoup too if necc..
Honey Nut Corn Flakes for breakfast now so I don't feel the urge to go to mcd's for a big breakfast!!
