In hindsight looking at this hand I wonder if I should wait to hit and try to stack the Villan in this hand.

I am open ended with a straight flush draw and an overcard, and I wonder would checking here be optimum to get more chips on the river?

I have around 6000 chips he has 2400 before it all kicks off. roughly ( sorry gatso )

you were bluffing and it went through...well done. why would you check and then want more chips in on the river...that is assuming you hit...

I am overthinking it mate, after relaxing for a while I realise it was my inner mug wanting to get in to Fancy play syndrome, The pot was healthy enough to take down.

I know you know but I'm not allowed to abuse Billy for sneaky editing as he made op on LC thread so had to make do with you. if it was on PHA I'd call him the mug.

as for the hand, I don't like the cr on the flop, prefer to lead here, if it's checked behind then our draws lose a lot of value.
