Cook needs to dig deep here.
lol @ taekwondo. wtf is that all about it's like when the 2 slow kids used to fight at school. they both dance around a bit then one of them flys at the other with all their limbs flailing but nothing actually connecting. at least one of them falls over each time and then they both look a bit confused. pretty sure I've never seen a less effective method of fighting Lol at the analogy. Though a less effective method of fighting would be to try and replicate most WWE moves. Try giving someone a stone cold stunner in a pub fight (I do have a friend that got a mud wrestler in a boston crab before tho) but at least I can see that some wwe moves might injure someone slightly even if it's by accident. I've never seen a taekwondo player(?) land a blow that would even injure a small child. That could be an interesting sport in itself.

Jamaicans in the 4x100m - both women and men. Could be very, very quick.

Try giving someone a stone cold stunner in a pub fight (I do have a friend that got a mud wrestler in a boston crab before tho) This is easily done , i have often dished out stunners on boozy nights out, chokeslams are good too , but my personal favourite has to be giving someone a "Rock Bottom" through a table !

I disagree if these sprinters aren't capable of passing a baton to each other, they deserve what they get, nothing.

One boxer going for gold, the others have been outclassed in the semis, and will have to settle for bronze. They did well though to get that far. Further than Gavin did...
Let's hope DeGale can win the gold.
