Our lack of success on the track & field was not suprising, the lack of infrastructure in athletics lags well behind our Gold winning teams. Athletics has 4 years to learn from Cycling. Detail in training, structure, psychology, are crucial for success. But overall the GB athletes seemed lacking as a team overall, not suprising as athletics in the Uk is so fragmented & run by men in blazers. I don't think in 4 years time the improvement will be dramatic, changes needed to have been made years ago to change the amateur mindset.

The DeGale final was brilliant.  Ref was crap, the Cuban tried to do a Tyson, but it was great drama and nice to get a gold in the boxing.

Our cyclists - brilliant.

Swimming - fantasting

Rowing - unbelievable

Sailing - wonderful.

But on the track we've missed time and again.  Not necessarily through lack of talent, but through bad tactics, and poor preparation.

Strange how one part of the same team hasn't managed the same standards.

Still.....musn't grumble

It might also be because everyone is trying to win on the track, the others (with the exception of swimming) are pretty small sports. (Cycling small i mean the indoor stuff)

Did you see the Cuban go ballistic and start kicking judges?  Bonkers!

Nice tits Maureen.

She gets them out at any opportunity.  You only have to ask to see them.  She'll even let you hold them if you promise to be gentle...
