The Expendables 3...... Couldn't get past the bit in Expendables 2 where Stallone shoots down a helicopter using a motorbike so unfortunately I'll never get to witness any more of this dross!!

2/10 without even having to watch it!!

The Equalizer...... If you've seen 'Man on Fire' just think of this as Man on Fire 2 but without quite so much story to worry your brain about....

Excellent film well worth 2 hours of anybody's time 8/10

I know it's going to be a load of old bollocks before I watch, so don't have to worry, and just crack on Cheesy

Old man watched Equalizer last night, and said the same as Matt.

Ditto. One of my highlights of Xmas this year will be when E3 is on Sky.

Stupid. Obvious. Poorly acted, but brilliant.

I'm sure the joke is on those of us that watch it, but as someone that doesn't take myself very seriously I can live with that, and I suspect Woodsey is the same.

Chucking in a recommendation for The Grand Budapest Hotel.

It's a charming little comedy about a hotel and how it came to end up in the hands of it's aging owner. Great amount of cameos from all sorts of big names, and the film has a fantastic art style and color scheme throughout. Ralph Fiennes leads as Monsieur Gustave, an uppity hotel concierge on the run with his lobby boy and delivers some cracking lines.

I really enjoyed it. It might be a little too quirky for some, but for fans of the slightly surreal it's definitely on my recommended list.

Watched The Equalizer last night , was not expecting much but have to say that i really enjoyed it.

Just watched tonight, great film really enjoyed it. Action film with a bit of Denzel class thrown in is how I would describe it.

I enjoyed The Drop.
Tom Hardy is great.

Ha!

I watched this last night, and just came in to say the same thing.

Two great actors,  him and Gandolfini.

Birdman is an interesting one. More than a touch of the Donnie Darko's about it.

Some outstanding performances, though, more so from Emma Stone, Edward Norton (seriously) and Naomi Watts than Keaton imo, although the latter is odds-on for best actor gong.

Well worth a watch.

Watched 'The Drop' a few days ago and would echo the praise from others.

Also 'The Judge' is well worth a watch.

Paddington

10/10

Pure escapism.

90 minutes went a great deal quicker than at Loftus Road.
