Watched Twilight last night.  Never one for vampire films, but this is like no vampire film I've seen, I was riveted from the start, best movie I have seen in ages.

Just watched Little Miss Sunshine... was such a dry comedy throughout but still funny...then you get to the end- dont think i've laughed so hard- such a funny ending!!!

Yep, tis an excellent odd-ball film. Alan Arkin as the Grandad is just great. A must see film imo.

Just finished watching the new Fast and Furious.  I thought it was superb, normally when these films get to the 3rd or 4th in the series of them, they tend to get boring, but this was a good storyline and some superb special effects.  I was on the edge of my seat with some of the car chases and races.

Deffo worth watching.

Started watching Lions for Lambs - OK, not my favourite actors but Robert Redford, Meryl Streep, Tom Cruise, you'd hink there might be a movie there - absolute stinker, possibly the worse film I have ever ever seen - abs no redeeming features

In The Loop - absolutely fantastic. Brilliant political satire on the run-up to the war in Iraq.

Also, plenty of comedy swearing.

can someone plz explain to me why "there will be blood" is rated 8.3 over 100k votes on IMDB? i was waiting for an ending that never arrived. An absolutely god damn awful film.

gonna watch momento now, which i hear is good.

Momento with Guy Pearce is a great movie, havent seen it in years though

i watched 88 minutes with Al Pachino today, i want a refund on the wasted 88 minutes. I cant remember the last good movie Pachino made

He hasn't done a decent one since Insomnia, although the Recruit was okay. Righteous Kill was obviously film blasphemy.

Watched 3 films the past week or so:

Yes Man - Starring Jim Carrey, i thought was was very funny, not like his usual Ace Vantura/Liar,Liar type of comedy but good stuff.

Twilight -  I only downloaded and watched this for the GF's Benefit TBH, she loves Harry Potter / Lord of the rings etc but i usually doesn't float my boat, this was no different really, i enjoyed the watch however i think its cos i was drinking a bottle of White Zinfindale along with it. I found it more of a comedy that a thriller. The bit when she visits his family at their home is Dynamite lol

Sex Drive - I seem to have downloaded the Unrated Edition from "aXXo", which has tonnes of Tits and naked women just walking past the screen which ain't meant to be in the movie lol, bizarre. Pretty pants film TBH, a shite version of American Pie really, James Marsden playing a total Dick of big Brother is the best part in it.
