Can someone who dabbles  tell me what price Burnley are to back on the exchanges EW for the championship ... is it 2 separate markets, win and Place ?? if so what are they trading at and on what terms are the place bets ?

I am looking to have a few quid each way probs £20 EW and trading off if possible.

Any help appreciated.

50 to win, 14.5 to get promoted, 15 to win the league on the handicap with a 24 point start.

14.5 to get promoted ... is that including the play offs, so its the actual promoted teams ??

Also some more advice, if you back at the traditional high street bookies and they are offering 1/4 top 3 ... is that finishing league positions prior to playoffs ?

you can get 1/4 top 4 if you open your eyes. And yes that is finishing position end of season before playoffs.

The best bet to be honest is on Betfair, where you back them to win the league and also to get promoted.
You will end up with similar odds on them getting promoted as you will top 3 with a high street bookies.

Only downside is if they finish 3rd and end up losing in the play-offs!

Would rather have 14.5 on Betfair to get promoted than 1/4 odds (say 11/1) to get 3rd

Right then ... heres your challenge everyone ....

Find me the best value for my £40 stake ... split however you want

At the moment i like the look of say £15 win @50/1 and £25 top 3 with the option to lay off.

If i was you Kev i would put up a bet on Betfair now asking for 60/1 at £15 for them to win the league.  If it doesnt get matched by lunchtime Saturday then place the bet elsewhere if you feel the need.  YOu would have a good chance of it getting matched though.
If you dont have an account and want me to do it for you then just say.

£25 ew on Burnley to win the Championship Handicap (+24 points) @ 18/1
EW pays 4 places.

What's 5% of 0?
