not sure on their strategy here, but I used to be able to get it in my local place, but don't often see it there now if at all

Agree Inside Poker is an excellent magazine and the priamry reason why it sells less copies is it's target audience/intended readership. Whilst PP is aimed very much at novices and beginners to advanced beginners, IP is aimed at intermedietes and above. The poker pool at low stakes is much more populted than intermediete and beyond.

PP prob sells a lot cos it offered subscriptions for a £5 per year a bit back.  I know IP did too, but PP did it first I believe.

Both good mags imo, both for different reasons.

None of our competitors (full disclosure, I work for PP as well) have ever released audited figures. That doesn't stop us getting them though, so we know how many our competitors sell on the newsstand. The figures our competitors actually release are the numbers they give away at casinos and clubs.
