For several months on and off now i have had a problem with my lower eyelid on one side twitching viciously. It makes my eye water and is very annoying.

Anyone know what it could be and whether i could get it sorted please.

I get it the odd time. I don't think its anything to worry about, I do know its annoying though

we did this in pharmacy! its most probably stress/tiredness/lack of sleep so vit B is an option or try sleeping earlier/ taking a nap during day! another option is an allergy! do u have hayfever or have u introduced something new to ur house eg cat flowers or something like that?
