I would like t get involved, but I'm a bit concerned that this is not set up as an official syndicate, therefore any winnings that might potentially be shipped to participants would count as a lifetime gift from Greg rather than a share of winnings. In case anyoine is not aware of the implications of this, it means that in the unfortunate circumstances that Greg were to die within seven years of the winnings being shipped, recieving players would be liable to pay tax on their winnings.

Greg, can you confirm whether you have applied for a syndicate form from the lottery or whether this is just being done 'off the cuff'?

I suggest we leave 7 million in the pot, to provide Greg with round the clock security and health care for the 7 years.

What I will do is get a syndicate form and on cut off at 10am on Friday finalise all the entrants who have paid in etc.
I dont want to jeopardise anything so will make it an official syndicate.

If we do hit big I am certainly not going to do a runner. The thing that may take a bit of time is if we hit over the $500 USD mark each
as I will need to manually work out % to each person and get funds to each player.Probably in form of cheques.
Ive met quite a few of you in the syndicate so I wont do a runner

I will double check all the numbers and make sure I havent copied and pasted them incorrectly.

I am planning a transfer to my neteller account from my bank account for payments up to $500 so I can
sort out on Tues next week (Due to Bank Holiday) if we hit it big on one of the lines.

ok have updated thread now 138 tickets and 20 syndicate members.

Have printed off a syndicate agreement. Will transpose all user names from blonde
onto the form on Friday. Syndicate name is EuroBlondes.

For tax purposes if we win big everyone will need to pm me there full name and address.
1) for address of cheque and 2) to avoid the tax hassle as pointed out by Jonathan Raab.

Anything under $500 will be transferedby stars accounts.
Thx

Payouts will be back to your stars account.

Would it really be possible to deposit say £40m into Stars and then ship it all straight out via transfers...? I'm sure you'll win and wish you luck, but I've just got a suspicion that the Security Department might flag this one lol. Play-through requirements could be a bit tough too.

Shipped $14 for 5 tickets. Thanks mate.

Just out of interest what is Stars' play-through requirements?
For example if I was to ship $200 can they withdraw it or do they have to play $200 of comps or cash??
