The games are very soft though which makes up for everything else.

Soft enough to make up for 30% juice???

No their terrible value now.
Back in the day of the unlimited £10 rebuy, it was a whole different story!

To be honest I havn't been for a few months but I have an ROI of 110% there, the prize pools were very top heavy as they only paid top 3 no matter how many entrants there were. I probably only like cos I run good there though, compared to everywhere else where I run bad.

Yeah your probably right. Theres just no money there now.

In nottingham it used to be

Thursday £20 freezeout making a pool of about £1200 so 1st was £400
Sunday £10 unlimited rebuy making a pool of about £1800 so 1st was about £600

Between me and 2 of my mates we took it down about 4.5 weeks none stop it was so soft.

Its still soft but 4 hours of complete fish to win £75 just isnt worth the time and annoyance.

the on i played in charged £10 then put £8 of that into the prizepool wtf ??

i'd rather pay the £12 and have £10 go into the prizepool , pretty poor , the one i played in has been trying hard to get good organisaition and structure etc , but they've got the buy in wrong , licensing is their problem not the players after all

At least the one you played in tried to get a decent structure going. I know it sounds petty to complain about £3 facility charge, but when the organisation is bad, and there isnt even spare decks of cards going around to replace marked cards, that's pretty bad.

I think that £10 of which £8 goes to prizepool is for the King Of Clubs? I think that pays the prize pool doesn't it?

Do you get dealers for that £3?

dealer dealt and a full complementary buffet kin, dont know what they are moaning about!

It's a cheap night out then?

People who play at this level are playing for fun.  I'd pay the £3 for a buffet and dealers rather than have it fee free and have no buffet or dealers.

You were lucky! We lived for three months in a rolled-up newspaper in a septic tank!

We used to have to get up every morning at six o'clock and clean the newspaper, go to work down the mill,
fourteen hours a day, week in, week out, for six pence a week, and when we got home, our dad would slash us to sleep with his belt!
