A shove is the best option it kills the hand unless they have of course have woken up with a premium hand. I don’t want to commit nearly 1/3 of my stack and may not even see the flop. If he shoves to a 5.5k raise you have the tricky decision to fold or gamble. AJ is a good hand to be raising not so great to be have to call with your tournament life on the line.

AJ is a much better hand to 3B call than 3B shove and get called.
