I land at 1:45 on Friday.  Staying at that hotel right near the casino.  If you're staying there too, I'll know where to find ya.

I might have a bit of bopping around to do before things kick off, but safest bet is for everyone to just meet at the bar as they arrive.  One way or another, we'll find each other.  Wink
