Will wait for the man himself to clarify !!

When I referred to a player wanting out, it was really on the basis of it not working out and it being a sensible decision for both parties. But it should be irrelevant if its the players decision that its not working out or if its flushys. If there is a $5k debt at quitting time, is there a debt, or is it stakers risk?

oooh lots going on, let me clarify

If i boot a player and they are in MU then ul me, if a player stops playing for me and has MU there is little i can do (i have a player who is in for just over £3k atm who hasnt played for 6months+ and has made no plans to play.....)

I tend to back people i know well and/or trust so say if they came into a lot of money in another way (say a big sports bet or whatever) and they wanted to play off their own roll then i am pretty sure all of them would either just buyout or play it out then go on their own way, i had one guy do this just 2 weeks ago, he decided to go his own way, cleared MU and away he went.

So as you say what is the risk for me? Well as you can see i am quite selective to reduce the risk to the point there isn't much at all, so why do i get rewards?

We all know MTT poker is ridic volatile and to be playing the comps my guys all play you need a ridic sized roll, none of the guys have a roll of this size so they have 2 options, either play smaller stakes and grind up, or take staking and lose 1/2 the profit. Now if they make 30k a year at the small stakes or 100k at the higher stakes where are they better off?

Think of it as a credit card with no credit check.

I also like to think they get something else out of it, we have a fun league going on and i help out the guys when i can be it lending them a few quid or giving them some general advice i have learnt off my own back (like when to take a break!!)

Oh and i do cashouts instantly not like them poker sites!!!

imo you should employ someone part-time to run the ins and outs and log everything/ sweep/payments etcetc. Would be less aggro for you and give a better indication of how profitable your investment is. Think it would be necessary if ur stable got any bigger.

How big is the stable flushy?

Given the diets and recent photos of the boy band.

Cheers for the explanation. All makes sense now.
Yes totally agree that they get more out of it and its totally worthwhile. Just wouldnt have made sense if a player had to pay back all make up amounts if it didnt work out.
