As its the holiday season, we went to
Milton Keynes
,where the Christmas display has opened and is the best one for years
Not only is there a real train to ride on, but a talking Wizard and Dragon.( He tells stories every half hour )
The miniature Dickensian street is just the right size for small people and children
As well as the Double Decker Carousel a regular feature, there is also a full size Helter Skelter

Saturday night and this guy was a guest on the Sky Open.
He looked scared to death and could only answer "Yes " or "No" for most of the night.
Its funny how people freeze up in front of the camera, hes a young John Prescott look-a-like

Crow, you're good with this sort of thing. Was telling Compo tonight his Sky Poker avatar is not so much mean as...hmm...camp. Can you do the honours?

A Knock on the door
About 3 days ago , I answered the door to 2 men dressed in yellow highway overalls and a clipboard
"We are from the electric company, we have had a few complaints
from many residents and we need to check your meter sir"
ME> "OK lets see some ID "
They show me photo ID's from Scottish Gas
ME> " we don't use Scottish gas sorry"
Them> some people have been charged a higher rate due to recent price changes
What tariff are you on ?
ME > " Why are you dressed like field engineers if you are not working for the electric company"
Them > If you are on Economy Seven we can help you get lower bills
ME > No thanks m8 bye

A well known Poker TV channel had a spot prize competition on yesterday, and the question was ,
Who do think our presenters are look-a-like's of. Send in an E mail .
I sent in for Paul Musselle,.... Russell Crowe, Zippy from Rainbow and the dog from the Churchill adverts
For Mark Banin ..... Count Dracula, Side show Bob, and Davey Jones from the Pirates of the Caribbean
I was lucky enough to win a spot prize for the Sunday show tonight.
Got an E mail that said "Congratulations!
For winning a Spot Prize on the 22nd November 2008 you have been given free entry into the Sunday Open on the 23rd November. You've been automatically registered for this tournament so please make sure you're available to play."
The well known tv poker channel has removed "Blondepoker.com" from my avatar, so they are not being mentioned for a while

It was Mark Banin who gave me the spot prize for saying Paul looked like the Churchill Dog

On the TV show tonight is Hattie Hayridge, who WAS on Red Dwarf, unlike Sarah Kennedy, who was on the show a few months ago
I will try to do a chat box interview with her
She replaced Norman Lovett as the computer voice and face in later episodes
