These are my bets for today:

Southend to beat Notts Forest (sorry Redsimon) @ 2/1
Arsenal to beat Wigan @ 4/5
Man City to draw with Blackburn @ 11/5
Southampton to draw with Leeds @ 11/5
New Zealand to stuff England @ 8/11     -14 point Handicap.

grrr its Nottingham Forest

I don't bet on games involving Forest, but if I did I'd back a draw today... (There thats bokked us)

Has anyone thought about backing under 2.5 goals in the West Brom v Everton game?  IMO if a game was designed for this market this is it!

Better with the spurs game for that bet.

" Five of Tottenham's last 11 games have featured no more than a single goal while an amazing 12 out of 13 have seen two or less. That means Hills' 4/6 about less than 2.5 goals looks hugely appealing while those looking for a bigger payout can take Sporting Odds' 2/1 about 0-1 goals."

Taken from sportinglife.

Sandy

I've got a season ticket at Spurs and I think there could be goals tomorrow - last time we played West Ham at home we won 3-2.  I think 2-1 Spurs is certainly very possible, usually goals with Spurs in London Derbies.  Jol has got us playing good football, and he is certainly not a negative manager.

Kevin Phillips first goalscorer at Sunderland v Villa. Mark my words. Ex players are law-bound to score against there old clubs. Its a rule of nature.

Well 5/6 is pretty good to me.

I thought Rangers would be up for the cup game considering the pressure that was on them.  They were truly awful.

How it'll be different this time i'll never know.

Sandy

3-0 even though it wasn't as good a performance as the cup game and rangers actually had a couple of chances.

Still a massive gulf in class though. If only the season had started 2 weeks later than it did.

Tips going well so far!

Accrington/Arsenal winners, plus Orient and Hamilton are winning too.  Only blip so far is Sheffield United who have conceded an equaliser to Millwall.  If they can get a winner there should be some good results for blondeites accas!

Hopefully you got on James Cool

My tips went down in flames, Newcastle lost 3-0 Blackburn 0-0 and Nottinghamshire Forest won  Cheesy and Everton being tonked by West Brom
