This is a laughable price. Today is obviously the day and Mr Ramsden must have the cash down but there's no way this won't drift in the lead up to the race. I've taken a massive chunk out of this at 2-1 on 'the exchanges' with a view to backing back for an all-greener later. Easy game imo

5/6 my arse!
Still shortening, which surprises me, but I'm happy enough. Should go in again really.

forgive my own trading greeness, but you have backed it at 2/1 with a view to back it again at bigger or lay it off at smaller?

I read it as laid against heavily with a view to backing later when the price drifts out to 3-1 and being in profit win or lose.

I must need my head examined as I agree with chompy and have laid this at 2-1. Not planning to lay it off though I just dont think it will win ..............3.6 - 1 now

Could well win but seeing bookmakers cutting this all morning to as short as 5-4 was ridiculous the drift is kicking in now

Seen it so many times before. I ended up trading out at 3.6 for an all-green book.
The on-course market is strong enough at Lingfield to get this sort back out to their correct price, it was just a waiting game. Trading isn't really my thing but this was an obvious candidate. Hope you all made a few quid.
