actually waiting on the plumber now. said it prob be this afternoon before he can get here. yikes!

Turning the thermostat up gets more heat most of the time.

I know some more about boilers if that doesn't help you.

i ended up going oot, too cauld....

hopefully he will turn up soon.


its a std non condensing boiler (ideal classic 30se or something like that.) if I shut the system down and restart the system will fire up, but then dies very quickly. Looks like one of the myriad of safety features on these things is tellng it to shut down. which one, I dont know...
