Pocket Tens on final table

Hiya all
I don't post here very often but would like some thoughts on what you should do here.
Final table of a £10 tournament. There are 7 players left and the blinds are 3000/6000. I have 31500 and am 3rd in chips, so everyone is short stacked. I am in the big blind. UTG moves allin for 30000. He has not been pushing his chips in that loosely but has moved a couple of times as everyone has had to. I have pocket tens, would you call or fold?
I called and he showed pocket jacks. I sucked out on the flop and hit a ten but the more I think about this the more I think the fold might have been the right play. Then again I am a very bad tournament player :-)
Any comments are welcome

Cheers for all the replys.
Auto call by the sound of it. I really must work on my tournament game. I never know what to do in those type of situations
