Watched this the other day not sure if people have seen it basically there's a certain amount of money to win at the end(varies every show depending on the balls, that are choosen not of the contestants) then you have to decide whether to split or share,if you both split then they split it half and half but if they both steal nobody wins anything however if one person steals and one splits then the person that stole gets all the money. What would you do if you were in that postion i will save my thoughts and see what others say

I don't trust you, I'm going to steal - take split & I'll give you half, take steal we both get nothing & I see you afterwards

I would imagine there is something written into the rules to stop you doing this

I was watching it and was thinking it's so harsh to do people over by stealing after persuading them to split, but i then thought what rod's saying so i would steal and then if they we're to split I would give them half afterwards but then i just thought now what if they had the same strategy sigh fuk our lives scenario, obviously you'd get kicked off the show if you discused this with other contestants on the show

Yeah i was thinking this to when i had that idea but really no way they could stop you,you could wait a while and then give them it or what if you struck up a relationship with the other person how could they do out about that,Clearly I've spent a lot of time thinking bout golden balls Wink

Dunno if it's the same show but I remember watching one where someone did exactly what I said - and got the lot & promised on the tv to share. Not sure it was the same show though - think there's been a couple of these.

The winning method:

Lets say you get to the decision with £30,950

You propose that you both split the 30k and give the other 950 to a charity of jaspers choice,

would they steal from a charity on national telly me thinks not,

you then show the steal ball and are declared the winner

and then you say ill give the £950 to charity..

in the event that they steal then at least neither of you wins..

It's fairly basic and there is only 1 route to go:

1. It's +ve to STEAL

2. It's -ve to SPLIT

Work it out logically and you'll see why.

well that depends if you are on the show to win the highest amount of money you can regardless of the consequences.  I would much rather take half (or nothing) but keep my integrity intact.

[  ] i would be good on goldenballs!

Would you then keep the 30k for yourself and do them out of 15k brudal sir brudal.I agree claw i couldn't be that harsh but would steal then give them half so they can;t steal and shaft me

Ok, so assuming this was allowed, would those that choose this option then honour their promise to share, or would you keep the lot?

I wouldn't promise it before hand as this may get you kicked off the show but yeah i would give them half afterwards think it just to sick to do that to someone who probably needed the money in most instances
