Look how happy Pab is!  In the last five hands he raised once pre to 32k, took the blinds, then did it again the very next hand.  This time small blind Guy Steel (who's not been involved overmuch til now, but has taken a couple down pre) reraised to 76k total.  Pab considered this small reraise for a while, before calling it.

Flop:    Now it was like Mr. Steel had clicked both the "Check/fold any," and "Away from table" buttons - he checked fast, Pab bet out 90k and he instapassed leaving Pab to flash a cheeky which greatly amused railers Claimer and Sam Trickett.

That is one happy Pab lol

Stuart Nash, down to 120k, open-shoved from the button -- and Stuart Rutter insta-called from the small blind.

Hot Stu-on-Stu all in, all the time action!

Nash:
Rutter:

Board: a hold-your-breath never quite gets there for Stuart Nash, meaning that Stuart Nash is OUT in 7th place, winning £22,100.

Says Ian on the mic: "We were the magnificent seven, we're now down to, er, the stupid six."

= small rollercoaster for Tony Cascarino in the last 10 minutes.

Three hands in a row he was involved in one way or another -

1)  He's big blind, checks when Eirik Svanes makes up the sb and then passes to his minbet on the Two Diamonds flop.
2)  He raises pre to 35k but gets no action from Pab or Stuart Nash in the blinds.  He shows .
3)  He raises again pre to 55k, leaving himself 75k behind on the cutoff.  Button Pab pops the question, as it were, with a reraise to 120k.  But Cascarino folds!

4) Now all in pre for his bowl of rice, two callers, Cascarino ends up heads up with Jeff Duvall on a flop of .  Cascarino shows - Duvall .
The turn and river blank off doubling him back up to 140k......

Approximate Chip Counts 6-Handed

Probably official ones coming during the break in a few minutes, but what the hell.

Stuart Rutter: 830k
Eirik Svanes: 720k
Guy Steel: 430k
Pab: 400k
Jeff Duvall: 200k
Tony Cascarino: 100k

Btw now I think about it, maybe Ian said "super six" instead of "stupid six". That would be much less insulting, wouldn't it?

age counts please

stu rutter, pab and scandie eirik are all under 27, the rest over

3 favourites imo.

I said it Day Two and I'll say it again - I would add Jeff Duvall to this list; he was quietly getting the lot, and has been anything but quiet on this FT.  He's come out on the wrong end of some shortstack allin hands, and is now in the position to be shoving pre himself, though, so it might not be his day.

Oh yes, and here's the updated picture, since we have nothing to say for the next 15 mins as they are on a break.

Pab On Rutter Action -- Pab Comes Out On Top

Pab raises to 40k preflop from the cutoff, and Stuart Rutter flat calls from the button.

A flop:

Pab bets out 55k and again, Rutter flat calls.

So, a turn:

Pab's not giving up, and bets out 90k. Rutter, undeterred, just calls him.

The river: three clubs

Pab now announces all in for 318k. After some brief consideration, Rutter passes.

That was a big hand. Maybe it had a boat in it, like this one:

New chip counts after that:

Rutter: 620k
Pab: 640k.

Rundown of 15 mins worth of Action; Sadly Nothing Overly Dramatic:

Guy Steel and Stu Rutter both pick up the 30k blinds/ante combo with raises (nice amount now even with no callers)...
Jeff Duvall does it too but he has to shove for 120k to do so...
Stu Rutter check-raises a flop against Guy Steel and picks up the pot...
Cascarino moves in pre, no callers...
Pab takes some blinds.

And the minute I go off to write that, we get an all in situation which Dana will bring you shortly.
