Surely there can't be much work being a haircut model, unless you let your hair grow long and then carefully schedule jobs modelling haircuts which are only slightly shorter than the one before.

Do they charge more for modelling short haircuts, on the basis it'll put them out of work for a while?

I would have asked him but I swear he didn't speak the entire time he was there. He just kept walking from one ide of the room to the other, posing as if on a catwalk and then walking away again having displayed his haircut from all sides. One of the most bizarre things I have ever seen.

On that we agree. One of the oddest individuals I've ever met.

Worth going just to meet him!

Hard to imagine him on the terraces at Elland Road.

I am fascinated really, as presumably he can have his hair styled a number of ways and earn a fee each time?

but its a bit of a career limiter to have a number one cut as that means no work for two months til it grows?

Someone mentioned his bins (spectacles).

"These cost £6,000. I had to throw away my previous pair - they cost £4,000 - because I lost 2lbs in weight, & it altered the shape of my face".

Yes.......

A career and a world I've never seen before, or even imagine existed.

Extraordinary.

Can't believe you never enquired about the gloves.  Especially as you know so much about the glasses.

I'm shy.

And I did not want to ask the question he was clearly dying to be asked.

But I've been google Imaging, "Male Hair Model", & it seems maybe he's not so odd after all.
