Cristiano
Blanco
raises to 15k. Defty calls and Anderson calls in the big blind.
Check to the raiser, who bets 30k. Call from Defty and Anderson passes.
Check....and check back from Defty.
Check and Defty shrugs and flips
for a rivered set. Blanco shows
for the bottom end of the straight and takes the pot.
"What's this then?" says Defty pointed to the 5-4 offsuit UTG raise.

Luke Marsh raises it up to 15k and David Jones reraises to 44k from the big blind. Marsh now shoves for another 128k and LeKnave tanks before eventually, albeit reluctantly.... He's down to 140k

Luke Marsh raises to 15k UTG.
Passed to
Trevor
Reardon
who makes it 45k. Marsh quickly moves all-in and Reardon equally quickly calls.
Reardon:
Marsh:
Luke Marsh doubles up over 300k.
[ ] LeKnave and
John
Eames
are happy about this.

David Anderson raised to 16,000 from UTG and Bernie Holmes defended his big blind. Holmes then check-called a further 16,000 on the
flop, but check-folded to a bet of 22,000 on the
turn.

Simon Trumper has just confirmed that the players have already played for an impressive 32 hours. Not since my last sexual encounter has anyone showed such endurance and stamina.

Play has ground back to a standstill. Chip Rich,
Ian
Bradley
and EvilPie are playing 8-card Hi/Lo in front of us and are taking turns to slowroll, re-slowroll and re-re-slowroll each other.

Just while I have a moment or two to breathe, a quick chirp on behalf of blondeite Neeko, who has made the final three of the £50 event. Good luck to him.
Made the HU, but screwed it up, would have stopped to give the result but was pissed off, so took the money and raced off - to the car park where i had to spend 5 mins scrapping ice off the car. However £1k for 2nd was great result and much more than i expected.

On the last hand of the night (I thought I'd never type those words), Billy Defty raised it up preflop, but was re-popped by David Anderson in the small blind. Not wanting to dent his stack so late in the day (he mumbling something like this), Defty folded pocket fours face up. Anderson showed tens.
