lol fair enough , but they give gold medals away far too easy these days Wink

as for the request for help on Big Brother 6....Dont bloody start watching it, it will turn your brain to mush and the next thing you know you will be staring at a computer monitor playing some silly card game for real money until the early hours of the morning ...oops too late LOL

But just for once, Ironside makes a good point, this thread SHOULD be in General Discussion. Which begs the question, how did a thread which began, & was entitled, "Barcelona Heads Up Semis" get from, & degenerate into, ESC & bedroom olympics? A neat link must have occurred at some point.

My Airfix modelling tight-end? I'm a Hornby man myself. OO as it happens. NOW let's see if there are any REAL trainspotters out there, 'cos THEY will know EXACTLY what I mean.....

Gold Medal for Kev.

OK, the most famous Steam Locomotive ever built at Swindon Works for the GWR (that's Great Western Railway to you cretins who did not know, or God's Wonderful Railway to devotees) was designated Engine Number....., & named.....

Gotta purge this forum of that ESC trash.

Don't be silly Tight-End. The Flying Scotsman was not a GWR Loco. It was not good enough to be, indeed it would not have been deemed fit to traverse the Brunel designed & constructed GWR tracks.

Clearly, you are taking your son to the wrong steam days. Parenting at it's worst.

I thought the most prized medal was silver in that event.

For coming second !   Wink

Very droll Alright Jack, apart from the typo. I think you mean en-gauging, not en-guaging. As in, for example, intent campers.

Christ, Tikay's clearly a frustrated schoolmaster at heart.

I don't know how he finds time for poker festivals in between filling up notebooks with train numbers

Anyway, is the answer "The Mallard"?

Cue more abuse from the trainspotter
