Thought I would post a diary of one of the funniest week's that I can remember for a long time, and I am sure the boyband and co will agree with me..

So, where shall I begin? Monday sounds like a good idea..

Monday

I had a fairly good journey down to Brighton. I forgot to top up my windscreen fluid which was now empty, but luckily for me it rained the whole way, otherwise I would have been peeking out of a little gap in the window all the way down no doubt. It took me about an hour and 20 minutes to get there from Rickmansworth, and when I reached the NCP carpark I gave Flushy a ring. I wasn't planning on staying in the NCP as it was ridiculously expensive per day, and as I didn't need my car for the week Flushy advised me to park it at the Marina Free Multi Story car park. Great idea I thought, he was leaving his house to meet me there as I left the NCP, with a vague idea of the direction I have to go.

It only took me about 25 minutes to do a 3 mile journey! First I took a right turn instead of left and ended up driving past the Grosvenor, Odean Cinema and then ringing Flushy and having him tell me to turn around. Then I drove up the wrong left turn on that same roundabout and ended up following the beach (which, might I add, Flushy told me to do). I was getting lower and lower and wasn't feeling too safe, then the road came to an end and had Caravan's at the end of it, so I promptly turned around and went back to said roundabout. Took the only other possible way it could be and drove! I see no signs or anything, go over a few roundabouts and then hit traffic. I ring Flushy for probably the 5th time of the short journey now and he tells me that it will come up on my right, and I wont miss it. Well, needless to say, I did miss it, and I turned around and finally arrived at the car park and saw Flushy parked outside! I grab my bag of clothes from the car, and also my Iron, which I thought was a pretty smart thing to bring, despite getting some stick for it later on!

Flushy takes us straight to the Casino to buy me in for that evening's £220 and Tuesday's £330. We are just about to leave the casino when Kev turns up and we sigh at how we could have escaped 3 minutes earlier. Not to worry, we shall humour the mug for 15 minutes and then buggar off back to Flushys while I go to the hotel. I rung ChipRich on the way to the hotel and he tells me they are 5 minutes from the casino and will come to the hotel afterward. So I go to the hotel hoping I can get our room(s) even though they are in Knave's name. They allowed me one, and when I got in there I couldnt help but laugh and then text Knave "You muppet, you've only gone and got us doubles!".

Soon after Knave, Rich and Brent turn up. Knave sorts the room out, as I realise that there was a second sofa bed, but our room was not made out, and he checked Brent's room and their's was, Knave was straight on the phone asking them to come up and make it for him! They offer another room so he goes and gets the new keys and we make our way into that room when we realise this bed isn't made either! LOL. He's straight on the phone again and this time we wait for someone to come up to take us to another room - all because they couldnt be bothered to make the beds! We finally got sorted and with 10 minutes til the comp started we headed out of the hotel.

Middy and TommyC were supposed to be there already but they had apparently got lost on route, and as we were trying to call down a taxi we saw a car drifting across the whole road at a slow pace. Of course it was them two, not having a clue where they were and looking incredibly tired after a 8 hour drive! Apparently the postcode Brent had given them took them to Bournemouth and not Brighton, so it was a slight detour!

Arrived in time for the £200 and the table draw was pretty funny. I had Flushy to my left, on the table next to us was Trigg, the one behind us was Nicky and Knave, and the one next to that was Middy. We had a good laugh between us all, and the people that didn't matter - mainly Brent - were on the tables on the other side of the casino, Happy Days. I played few hands early on, yet still I got reraised by Flushy over the first raise I made with JQblack, he says he had Aces. [  ] I believe you mate. Although having said that he did panic raise a bit and lol'd. The next time I raise with KQred I get Flushy wanting to peel! Flop is Jred 3red 3x. After making it 325 pre I c-bet 550 and he flats it!! Turn comes 8x, and I check, knowing that Flushy likes to float alot! He bets 700, which kinda slowed me in my C/Raise plans, just because the bet looks so enticing. I still jam anyway for just short of 4k total and was happy to not see him insta calling! He passed and says he thought he flopped quads until he looked back at his 44. Wp again mate Grin

A little later, still 50/100, I am bb and a guy I learn now made the final (Keir something), makes it 300, C/o and SB flat, and I can't refuse with 56green. I got a semi on when the flop came 248 rainbow and soon check raised Keir's bet of 600 to 2k and he dwell folded. Trigg was already out by this point btw and asks me to show the crowd, so I flick it up to show him only behind me. It doesnt take long for him to blabber my hand and the guy knows i've pushed him off the best of it. Moments later and Flushy check raises his way to victory against him too, with air, and Flushys little chuckle gives away to him that he was bluffed! Moments later i've found AK on the cutoff and he has opened in early to 400 @ 75/150. I make it 1125, and he thinks and decides his KT is good enough to push with no FE (2400 total), and he gets there, thanks to Flushy and Trigg yelling the 10 in!! I get moved table to Brent's. And we get put on a break instantly.

As Trigg was out so soon he decided to put up some fun prices for the comp and we all had a gamble. I had Jones to last longer out of about 8 of us for £20, and also someone else to make the final who I can't remember now. Went back after the break and at 100/200 I wasn't raise folding my AQ with a 3k stack and walked into AK. GG me. I joined the rail and soon asked for a match bet between Middy and Nik Persuad with Trigg bookmakers. 5/6 on Middy I got and had £60 to hopefully freeroll me in my other bets. A few levels later and the match bet was over when Nik busted. Ty Trigg. By this time the drinks were flowing and someone decided it were a good idea to buy Yegameisters - mvls. Other things I done after that was ;

1. Rail Knave to the LL, which he cruelly failed when Nicky's KT got there vs Knaves QQ.
2. Stand behind TK and laugh how bad he played hands.
3. Drink.

Then at the end of days play Nicky and Flushy were going to go back for day 2. But Flushy took us round to 'Buddies', a place on the front that is open 24hrs and we all wandered round. They do an Ultimate Buddie Breakfast. Which I obv had, and Middy also ordered. I believe it consisted of : 3 bacon, 3 sausage, black pudd, beans, fried egg, chips, toast, mushrooms, burger and a 5oz steak. There is probably some stuff I missed out on, but I have a picture on my phone i'll get round to uploading soon!

Some ppl opted out of flipping and only 4 of us did so. Me, Flushy, Middy and Jones. FML, Obviously there was only one loser there, and despite the bill being £90 total, and I am only supposed to be paying half of it as there was 8 who ate, I still ended up paying £60! And that apparently included the nit tax they had to pay!!

We walked back to the hotel after that and realised just how lazy we was getting a taxi in the first place and headed off to rooms. Me and Knave sharing our room, and there was a lovely looking double bed and a single sofa thing that looked pretty shit. Me and Knave decided a flip was in order and before he flipped the first coin I said I wanted best of 3. He flipped the first, I called tails, he showed a head, sigh, up against it now. I flipped the 2nd coin, he called heads, I flipped a tail, weeee, back in the game... Now we had a problem though, who would flip the last coin?? We decided to flip to see who would flip the last coin, but then the same problem occured. So we decided to ring someone and get them to flip one and we pick our head/tail before the call... Flushy answered on our 2nd attempt and apparently he had just got into bed! He had to wander over to actually turn the light on and flip a coin. I had picked Tails, and Jones Heads, this was crucial, the whole week depended on this flip.......................................

"It's tails lads".

I jumped for joy, threw my phone across the room in celebration and done a Shearer around the room screaming at 5am, followed by a Ravanelli onto the bed. Knave just stood there, like his life had ended, and slumped to the bed. I don't even remember if I said bye to Dempsey or just left him to hang up! We got a DVD on the laptop and both failed to fall asleep. It was the Vodka Redbulls.

We needed drinks and needed them now. It was now 6am and we was both telling the other to go get them, 7am, 8am, 9am... Then Jones finally gives in, runs down to the vending machine and gets the water & cokes! We can finally get to sleep now!

To be continued....

I have a video on my phone of the entire table of breakfast from Buddies that you guys bought and never managed to finish. It led to some funny times later on in the week when the owner was getting really agitated about taking orders that he obviously felt were "too much" for one person.
