I'd stick with the G1, as the hardware keyboard is a big plus for me.

That's cool.  Didn't think that was what the G2 looked like.  When's it out?

Well, don't get the Magic - get the G1.

By the way, G1 owners - Flash for the browser is imminent...

Download blackberry app world via ur BB browser, this has most of them.

Apss i have
Viigo - updated sports scores ,schedules etc. You can also use it for rss feed for latest news, i use mine for lufc news.
Flickr - You should alreadt have this, i didnt make much use of it at the start but now love it
Facebook - If you have a facebook account
msn - As above
Google maps - Brilliant app. Better than blackberry maps
Quick pull - if you ever need to reboot you dont need to take the battery out
Twitterberry - if u have a twitter account
Betfair - good app, no need to go on the betfair website.

Few more tips i found.
- Use UMA all the time wen ur in a wifi area (mainly home) fpr PERFECT reception
- Move all you icons around for easy by pressing the blackberry button
- The case it pretty cool, it locks it automatically when you put it in (some magnetic sensor or summit)
- You need to give the case a few days to "wear in", you'll probs find it pretty tight to start with

I'll tell you if i find any more cool apps
