UTG again, Sami makes his standard 20k or so raise. Hassan goes all-in for maybe 130k.

Sami has eights, Hassan AQ

flop

turn two hearts

river

and Hassan is our 4th place finisher, picking up £6,400

Next prize is £8,600 aqnd there's not a lot between all three of them, but Sami has a lead of maybe 40-50k

James has just made a big dent in Knight's stack reraising Knight;s 30k bet on the river by another 70k on a board of

no cards shown but James piped up "you know what I had" after Knight fished for him to show

Sami sb 22k standard raise. Knight all in for 161k more. Sami stacks his chips, unstacks, then passes.

If sami does this it usually means he's passing

James on 400k and the chip lead. Knight on 250k, Sami 350k. Knight is asking for a deal. James says no. Knight looks pissed off, makes some sort of 'if i ever see you again on a final table I won't deal with you if I'm in front' type comment.

Shame, there's no need to get arsey at this stage.

Continual aggression from Knight is paying off and he probably shades the chip lead now from James.

James makes his first move for a while and finds Sami with queens. James has QJ. Queens hold up and Sami now has the chip lead. James is down to his last 80k or so.

James is out next hand. AJ versus Knight's KK. He's very disappointed. Hasn't had many hands this last hour.

I've really enjoyed updating. Hope you've all enjoyed it too. Did I pass the audition?

James is gutted. He made a bad move at the wrong time, but two third places out of three ranking events, I'd take that any day, so would most.

Watch out for him in tomorrow's biggie. Write him off as a lucky internet player at your peril.

Tomorrow I expect Jen will be in the hot seat, but I'll have my laptop here, so I dare say I'll do some updating too.

Thanks Jon, Really enjoyed that

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
