Last week in his interview I got the impression Barney looked like he was disillusioned with the whole thing and was close to jacking the game in.

He is nowhere near the player he was a couple of years ago.

I think Klaasen has a great chance tonight and is big value at 9/2.

Baney is played badly.

It happens week in week out in the PDC, its not like the old BDO, there are between 5,000-8,000 at these events.

Ive been three times now, and rarely miss a match throughout the year, at the start of any match, the crowd just choose a player to cheer and boo the opponent! Fekk knows why? Manley always gets boo'ed, yet i like him, Mardle always gets a huge cheer, yet i dislike him.

Its happening every week to King now in the Premier League - people finally woken up to what an arrogant t**t he is and the best thing of all is that it seems to affect his performance.
Hopefully he will meet Taylor in the semi's and get the thrashing he deserves.

I watched this last night. Very disappointed Mervyn didnt win

A lot of people boo Mervyn King but they do not know what he is like in person! Yes he is a little bit arrogant but he is nowhere near as bad as people make him out to be. He is a very intense character on the dartboard, extremely dedicated and talented with it. He is always full of energy and it's very rare you see him flat with nothing left to offer.

Take last night when he was miles behind Wadey. he pulled back to 8-6! He never gives in. He's a class player who is underrated by a lot of people. He is on a par with Taylor and Barneveld at his best, and only just behind James Wade. He's better than the rest of them, he just lacks the consistency required to be in the top 3.

Gutted I didnt back King to get to the final tbh, I couldve got good odds at the start of the season.

Lets hope they dont invite another former world champ next year, Klassen was shocking and should never be invited being world #24 (which he was at time of invitation).
