Enchantment? Enchantment!

It's now very much a preflop game. Not a criticism of the structure, but with so many players and two days for the tournament, at some point it's going to be a bit faster.

21   1   Peter Charalamobus
21   3   Ian Gascoigne
21   4   Sandeep Shah
21   5   John Stritch
21   6   Peter Linton
21   7   Tom Rutter

"I don't think you'll see an exit on this table first," says Pete Linton, talking about his own table (above). "Everyone is very cagey, so unless it's hand vs hand, I bet on someone going out on the other table first." As he says this, Sandeep Shah limps, John Stritch raises to 40k and Tom Rutter pushes, winning the hand when the other two fold.

22   1   Paul Gourlay
22   3   Jeremy Betts
22   6   Steve Brown
22   7   Panos Panayi
22   8   Christopher Brammer
22   9   David Mundle

Paul Gourlay is now vying with Sandeep Shah for the chip lead. And building a balla-stack. What he doesn't know is that I'm charging him 5% of whatever he wins for allowing him to charge his iPhone on my laptop.

Christopher Brammer has experienced his first major setback just now, it looks like, in the shape of doubling through David Mundle.  He raised, Mundle shoved and he called, holding the dominating to Mundle's .  Straight off the top, the flop came
Turn:
River:

Mundle leapt out of his chair at this reprieve from death's door, while Brammer didn't look too delighted.

How he felt about that Queen saving his tournament life:

Yay!  We did in fact manage that, it seems a long time ago.  Pleasant.  Sunny, you say?  Snowtastic in UK - stay in 'Dam is my advice.  But that's always good advice Smiley

Jeremy 'No More' Betts. Truly this time.

He pushed with over the top of Paul Gourlay raise and Panos Panayi moved in behind with 6-6. Gourlay folded A-7.

As 'The Rocket Man' lameneted his pass, Panos Panayi added to his stack.

Following that Chris Brammer has gone, pushing the remainder of his stack in with vs Steve Brown's with the board running out three diamonds two hearts .
