Paul Gourlay seems interested in possibly sorting out a deal. "It's £11k for third but if we did a chop now, everyone could get £10k..."

Top updates guys, I'm sure there'll be many more...

ditto but serious lack of norkage during this update

The last lady player vanished this morning, and the valets are so busy they are just blurs.  Do you want me to put Chris in a wig or what?

Seems a bit early to be talking of chopping!  With Shah seeming untouchable his luck is sure to run out but I would assume only after he has taken a few players out.  The Rocket Man seems to have enough chips and  could no doubt accumulate more.

sounds like a plan tbh

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Panos Panayi raises to 60k (blinds now 10k/20k) after a cagey period when Ian Gascoigne picked up some chips with no callers, and Tom Rutter has a look at him, then moves all in.  Despite being covered, Panayi couldn't call fast enough, as one does with .  Bad move time for Rutter with - the board remains undangerous to the Boots and he's now on around 500k+ while Rutter is down to 150k or so, definitely in the Danger Zone.

Incidentally, a couple of hands previous, Sandeep Shah had called a Tom Rutter raise on the button, then bet him off a two spades flop by raising his flop bet of 65k to 265k.  No interest any more, and no real damage done there; Shah showed Sevens.

And after that, Panos Panayi gets a walk.

Next hand and Ian Gascoigne moves all-in from the cutoff for about 350k. Paul Gourlay complains that people aren't wanting to see a flop.

Down to just over 100k, he was only waiting for a little while, before making a stand with .  Panos Panayi, again, gave him a spin, calling preflop with
Flop:  Two Clubs
Turn: Two Diamonds
River:

So another close-but-no-cigar finish for Tom Rutter and a sudden reversal of fortune for Panos who is now almost level with the chip leader!  Plus he's a man after my own heart when it comes to winter coats.
