so.....
1st of all i wanna say congrats to pab and perrins for there recent amazing results!
i just got back from a 2 day trip to a camp site in grand bend just off lake huron and a 3 night booze fest at a cottage north east of toronto (5 hours drive from the camp site) and i have to say this was one of the best experiences of late. The trip started off very slowly as picking up our rental car and meeting up with everyone took a little longer than antisipated so we actually arrived at the camp site in grand ben at 10pm. Setting up a brand new tent in the pitch black isnt the easiest of tasks but [ ]me and [X]barbara managed to figure it all out after about 2 hours of intense heated debates about which pole goes through which hole (cough cough). We got a fire going and had a few beers but nothing crazy on the 1st night. The second day was completely different....
We started off by going to grand ben beach which is on lake huron (one of canadas great lakes) to play some volleyball, bocce ball and to start off the days drinking. After roasting in the sun for a few hours we went back to the camp site for out final evening of fun as we only could stay for 2 nights to ensure we could get to the other cottage in time. When we got bacl to the site about 10 more guys arrived that we knew so theres about 16 people in total all around my age ready to drink like crazy. It was all going well until they pulled out a "funnel". This is basically a hose pipe with a valve and a filter at the top (it gets rid of the air in a beer so u can kneck it in a second or 2). As i was the newbie i obviously got nominated to do a funnel with pretty much every person as the night went on.....afetr 5 hours of drinking games, funnels and general stupidity i am absoloutely hammered but i managed to find my way back to the tent for a [ ]nice night of sleep!
i woke up that morning with probably the worst headache of my life but it was one of the most enjoyable nights of random madness in a long time. Then we packed up our stuff and i got back in the car for a 5 hour drive to meet the other guys at the other cottage. This 5 hour drive felt longer than the 57 hour drive across the states.
