I just managed to fold after the longest dwell i think I've ever had but felt he'd bullied me out of it... fortunately he flashed the absolutes quickly.. Stuart Rutter did the same massive overbet on the river to me in a fessie event just b4 xmas when the board was the 2nd nut house..... I just managed to fold after the longest dwell i think I've ever had but felt he'd bullied me out of it... fortunately he flashed the absolutes quickly.. [X] Stuart Rutter is one of the best players I've played against in the last year... There ya go, you always get shown the nuts when someone overbets a board like that on the river. The beauty of Dwan's play is you could only make it against a very good player who would fold the second nuts. Bad or even average players would shrug their shoulders and call. |

Like someone said earlier ,possibly the points situation had something to do with JC folding. He may have thought Durr wouldnt risk going out or being totally crippled with a total bluff if he desperatly needed the points to make the final table. So he had to have the goods in JC opinion to make this play and this makes the hand more impressive if this is the case |
