Making a withdrawal from Full Tilt
«

Hi guys,
I'm looking for some advice. I recently deposited $50 on Full Tilt using my Maestro debit card. Having won a few dollars but thoroughly untrusting of their software I've decided to take the money & run. However, there seems to be no option of withdrawing my money back to my account via my debit card.
I don't have a Neteller account & I've tried their direct bank transfer but that didn't work. Their "customer support" is practically non-existent.
Does anyone know how I can get my money back from Full Tilt? Or are they a bunch of thieving bastards?
Cheers,
Steve

Brag imo
Why don't you trust the software, its the nuts!!!!
My advice would be to swap with someone on stars.

I'm only a little bragger, so I managed to turn $50 into $143!
I'm generally distrusting of all internet poker - it's a computer program written by a human being.
I don't have a poker stars account and I never will.
As I see it, Full Tilt have let me deposit money through my debit card & now won't let me withdraw it. That's dishonest in my book!
Has anyone else had this problem with Full Tilt? Or have you managed to withdraw the money to your debit card?
Cheers,
Steve

I have used the bank transfer option with success on a few occasions, how comes you can't use that? If not I think requesting a cheque is probably best.
Not sure Flushy swap option will be open to you either if you are newish customer to FTP, as they don't let you p2p transfer for the first few months.

I think you will find Maestro/mastercard do not allow credits on cards from gaming sites.
Pretty sure thats the case, a simple email to Full Tilt customer services is all thats needed.
They will tell you the score.

I sort of finding that the "customer services" are useless. The maestro card has worked fine with blonde, blue sq, betdaq, hills, & ladbrokes (not all of poker).
I'm fairly angry about this (and I'm not pissed!). They let me deposit money with them, knowing full well I could never withdraw money in the same way. That is dishonest. I'll be asking OFCOM to take a look at their adverts & their sponsored programming on TV.

full tilt to neteller is the nuts

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I don't have a neteller account.
So basically Full Tilt should not have the deposit with a Debit Card option as no one can withdraw on it?

You could try reading the terms and conditions before you unleash to ofcom about them!!!
You can withdraw via WebMoney, Neteller, Moneybookers, click2pay, clickand buy, local bank transfer or by a cheque.
I don't think it can be that hard to sort one of those!!
Why will you never open a stars acct?

I find the deposit using a debit card method very useful myself, i would rather they keep it.

Betfair withdrawal via Maestro card works - as long as you used the came card to deposit at least once.
