Full tilt only allow you to withdraw to visa debit cards, you can't take money out via switch. Had this issue a while back but think its covered in the t&c's.

Open a stars account and join the 21st century!!

No they don't. I have a Visa debit and opened an account because I was told I could withdraw back to it. Now the software doesn't give me that option so I don't play.

I've never had any problems either doing a bank transfer or withrawing via cheque. First option is better as it takes less time. What went 'wrong' with the bank transfer?

Btw if you haven't already posted this on THM then i'd suggest doing that because as THM are affiliated with Full Tilt they're usually pretty good at sorting any problems.

The bank transfer just bounced straight back to my full tilt account.

So if I'm reading this right, I'm alone i having this problem & alone in thinking that a gaming site is wrong to offer a way to debit money but not offer the same way to withdraw it?

As for not having a poker stars account, I would rather trust online casinos than play their software.

Good News, you can just play in this guys poker room, he might not be the sharpest tool in the box but he has developed an ingenius system just for folks like yourself who don't trust the software.

I'm only a little bragger, so I managed to turn $50 into $143!

I'm generally distrusting of all internet poker - it's a computer program written by a human being.

I don't have a poker stars account and I never will.

As I see it, Full Tilt have let me deposit money through my debit card & now won't let me withdraw it. That's dishonest in my book!

Has anyone else had this problem with Full Tilt? Or have you managed to withdraw the money to your debit card?

Cheers,
Steve

Everything you use a computer for is a program or code written by a human, unless you use it for like...bashing people with.

Why not just open a Neteller account which is free and then link it to your UK bank account.

It works for me...

Hey Tom, glad to see I'm not the only one. I'm hoping I've sorted it now (not via a debit card!). As soon as that money hits my bank account, I'm closing the Full Tilt account. My bank were very concerned to hear that they let players deposit via debit cards but don't let us withdraw via the same method. They suggested that Full Tilt could only being doing this for their own benefit!

Pretty sure thats the case, a simple email to Full Tilt customer services is all thats needed.

They will tell you the score.

I sort of finding that the "customer services" are useless. The maestro card has worked fine with blonde, blue sq, betdaq, hills, & ladbrokes (not all of poker).

I'm fairly angry about this (and I'm not pissed!). They let me deposit money with them, knowing full well I could never withdraw money in the same way. That is dishonest. I'll be asking OFCOM to take a look at their adverts & their sponsored  programming on TV.

How come you keep depositing on siytes if you dont trust computer programs online?
