not complete unknowns. thinking about young pros already playing at club level but currently nowhere near international call ups

Chris Kirkland's old man had a £100 bet on at 100-1 that one day his son would play for England.

When his son got that cap, just a year or two into his £40,000 a week club contract, his dad must have been overwhelmed to pick up the life changing £10k from the bookies.

Obv still nice

it's probs not the greatest market but if you ask them they'll come up with a price.

even for an unknown 9-year old i cant see them giving you a huge price, something silly i was thinking like 100/1 which for some random youngster is just ridic.

for what you're looking for though i expect them to come up with something just as silly

so no specific booky then?

I like the kirkland story although it saddened me a bit as up until then I'd been blissfully unaware that he'd ever played for england. how on earth did that happen?

You could try any bookie though Hills have the most established Specials compilers (as Graham Sharpe likes getting in the papers and on the telly).

You can get a bookie to give you odds on anything - just go in and ask and they'll ring up head office.

Whether they'll give you a decent price, or let you have more than a tenner on it is another matter...

if it's a 9-year old it's got more chance of happening before boldie posts a winner

Yes on Joe Hart, not sure how much...  It was when he was Shrewsbury's no.1 at 18/19, so if its a 14/15 I would expect a pretty decent price...

just ring up or email hills or bet365, they will get down the details and let you know.
