Knowing Kev I expect to be getting stuff out from a lot longer than that tbh. It's very unusual to get matter out from the day before, our bodies just don't work that efficiently if we eat rubbish all day. Even if you are going every day you are normally a few days behind.....

I will have my phone with me, so will do some short vids on it .... I know i have to sing "bring me sunshine" as the tube goes up me bottle !!


I dont think I have ever been so bloody nervous of anything in my entire life ... It just isnt right that I am preparing to take it up the wong un .... I feel like Flushy getting ready for a night out in Brighton !!!
