erm..... There are several dozen varieties - some of them are yellow and not orange http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physalis"Physalis is a genus of plants in the nightshade family (Solanaceae), native to warm temperate and subtropical regions throughout the world. The genus is characterised by the small orangey fruit similar in size, shape and structure to a small tomato, but partly or fully enclosed in a large papery husk derived from the calyx. Commonly, it is called cape gooseberry or ground cherry but many species are well-known to humans and have more fanciful names."

or would they get 7 if i apeall shit the question is to apeal or not too ok i apeall Chili pepper (chilli pepper, chilli, chili, chile) is the fruit of the plants from the genus Capsicum, members of the nightshade family, Solanaceae. Botany considers the plant a berry bush. Though chilis may be thought of as a vegetable, their culinary use is generally as a spice. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chili_pepperlol. worst appeal ever. the idea is to show they're neither fruit or veg. you've provided evidence that they're both

Another question....... if a Blue whale and a Sperm whale are considered part of the same family so therefore the same answer......... Why are a banana and a plantain, which are also part of the same family, considered different answers?
